EU Customers: Your Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your delivery, without giving any reason.
To cancel, click the "Cancel My Order" button in your order confirmation email or in your account under Order History. You'll receive an automatic confirmation once your cancellation request is received.
