Refund policy
At Myself Lingerie, we stand proudly behind the quality and fit of every product we sell. To ensure the longevity of your garments, we recommend reading and following the care label instructions on each item.
RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Returned items must be received at our designated return location within 7 days of return authorization approval in order for a refund to be processed.
RETURN CONDITIONS

All items must be returned in brand new condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Web orders require a Return Authorization (RA) before being shipped back. Web orders cannot be returned to our store locations.

Returns that bring your order total below $149 will be charged a $9 fee to cover the original free shipping cost.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Please note that the following items are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances:

Perfumes, colognes, and lotions

Any item that has been worn, washed, or had tags removed
ORDER ISSUES OR DAMAGES
All order discrepancies or damages must be reported within 2 days of receiving your shipment. Reports made after this window may not be eligible for resolution.
RETURN SHIPPING
